Micro churches are smaller, but not less mature than congregational or city churches. They follow the pattern of the early churches as described in Acts 2:36-47, and meet physicallyoften and but for short periods of time as per Acts 5:42. They are missional, not pastoral, based on discipleship rather than teaching, and are fiercely loyal to the Lord Jesus Christ, his vision and his body.

The essential requirement for multiplication is life. The essential requirement for vision is life ("Except a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom"). This goes for both the mission and mission partners. Unless a pastor is born again, he would not see the kingdom, and would therefore find it difficult to conceive of evangelism as a means of growing the membership of his church. Unless an enquirer is born again, he will not eat, he will worry and not sleep as per Mark 4:27 and Heb 4:1, he will not grow, will have no testimony, and will be a bad example to new believers coming into the family.  We must preach what Jesus preached, what he passed on to the apostles and they faithfully preached, if we are to see genuine miracles of new birth, leading to multiplication.

The Scriptures describe church in Caesar's household, in Lydia's marketplace - indeed wherever there are existing community structures, there is opportutnity for an invasion of the Kingdom of heaven to bring salvation that gradually erases the consequences of sin and elevates the community with heavenly wisom, power and presence.

If a man says he love God, but all his language suggests that he hates the church, then he is a liar, and we should mark that person an keep them from unnecessary interaction with the body of Christ. We should make them aware that they currently appear to be failing a fundamental test for the born again experience (love of the brethren), and they should check themselves gto see whether they are actually in the faith.  After repentance and deliverance, they should then be restored to full trust, because of the way of the Master, lest we then fail the test and ourselves become traitors to the way and the faith.
